Cute keychain, pretty fast

Got a Sonogram Keychain for my friend who's expecting. It turned out super cute! Uploading the pic was easy, and it shipped out quicker than I thought it would. Got to me in about a week. My friend loved it, so that's all that matters. It's a nice little keepsake.

Good value for anniversary gift

I was looking for an Anniversary Photo Plaque and compared a few sites. Now That's Personal had a 15% off deal going on, which made their price the best. The plaque arrived in about a week and a half. The photo print was decent and the material felt sturdy enough for the price I paid. It felt like I got a good deal without sacrificing too much on quality, so I'm happy with the purchase.

Nice memorial golf balls, slow delivery

I ordered Memorial Golf Balls for my dad's memorial event. The customization process was straightforward, and the photo on the balls looked clear, which was important. The quality of the golf balls themselves seemed standard. My only real gripe was the shipping; it took about 10 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long for something I needed by a specific date. Customer service was helpful when I inquired about the delay, but it still arrived just in time. Overall, good product, but they could improve on shipping speed.

Always reliable, great gifts

I've ordered from Now That's Personal a few times now, and they're always consistent. This time I got a Custom Photo Acrylic Block for my sister's birthday. Just like my previous orders for custom ornaments, the photo quality was sharp and the block felt really solid. Shipping took about 6 days to get to Ohio, which is what I usually expect. It's why I keep coming back, I know what I'm getting.

Quick, good quality ornament

Ordered a Custom Acrylic Ornament. Photo looked good, clear print. Shipped fast, got it in 5 days. No issues. Happy with it.

Is this site legit? Saw some really cool stuff for my sister's wedding but haven't heard of them before.

Totally legit! I got a memorial golf ball set for my dad a while back, super high quality and the photo came out great. Really happy with it.

Yeah, they're good. I've ordered a couple of times. Their acrylic blocks are actually really nice, way better than some of the other places I've tried like Shutterfly or something for custom stuff.

Does anyone know if you can use more than one coupon code on an order? I have a new customer one and saw a free shipping offer.

N Noor 1 month ago

Nah, pretty sure it's just one coupon per order. Tried it before and it only let me use one. Pick the best discount!

Yeah, they usually restrict it to one. Sometimes a site-wide sale will combine with free shipping automatically, but specific codes typically can't be stacked.

Hey, thinking of getting one of those acrylic blocks for an anniversary gift. How long does it usually take to get here after I order? I'm in San Diego.

B Ben 2 months ago

From my experience, production is usually pretty quick, like a few days. Shipping to California might add another 3-5 business days on top of that, so maybe a week and a half total?

Yeah, I ordered a keychain last month. It said production was 3-5 days then shipping was another 5. Got it within 10 days I think, so plan for around that.

what's the return policy like if the custom item isn't quite what I expected?

T Tara 2 months ago

Since they're custom, it can be tricky. I think if there's an error on their part, they'll fix it or replace it, but if you just don't like it, it might be harder. Check their FAQs, I remember seeing something about it.

They usually don't accept returns on personalized items unless it's defective or there was a mistake on their end. So make sure your photo upload is good!
